Ingredients
2-4 Tbsp Gladstone Honey Heat Sauce
1 cup butter (melted)
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
2 cups pretzels
1 cup pretzel chips or crackers of your choice
1 cup walnuts (or your favourite nuts)
2 cups Shreddies cereal
3 cups Chex Rice cereal
2 cups Crispix cereal
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a big bowl, toss the pretzels, pretzel chips, walnuts, Shreddies, and Chex cereals.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, rosemary, and sea salt evenly over the mix. Combine melted butter with Gladstone Honey Heat Sauce and stir well.
Pour the buttery heat over the mix a little at a time, tossing as you go to make sure everything gets coated in that bold flavour.
Spread the mix out on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 1 hour, giving it a good stir every 20 minutes so the flavours soak in and everything toasts up beautifully.
Let it cool completely on the baking sheet, then transfer to an airtight container.
