Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
18-20 jumbo shrimp (about 1 ½ pounds), peeled and deveined
1/3 cup buttermilk
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Honey Heat hot sauce
zest of a 1 lime
sea salt and pepper
In a large bowl mix together the buttermilk, garlic, Honey Head hot sauce, lime zest and salt and
pepper. Add in the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or
up to 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
Remove the shrimp from the fridge and thread onto metal skewers.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove from the grill and serve on a platter with lime wedges and extra hot sauce.
