Oven Fries with Spicy Dip:
Serves 4
Cook Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
4-5 large Yukon gold potatoes or 3-4 russets potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
Spice Blend
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
flakey sea salt
Dip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3–4 tablespoons of Chipotle Gladstone Hot Sauce
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into thick ½ inch strips. * You can leave the skin on if you like.
Preheat your oven to 425° F (220 °C).
Mix the ingredients for the spice mix in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the cut potatoes into a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, just until the potatoes are “al-dente”.
Drain the potatoes and set aside for a couple of minutes. While the potatoes are draining, drizzle the olive oil over a large baking sheet and heat in the oven for 3-4 minutes. This will help heat up the oil for extra crispy fries.
Remove the tray from the oven and carefully spread the potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Season generously with the prepared spice blend and sea salt.
Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy, turning the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise and the Chipotle Gladstone hot sauce, taste and add more hot sauce if desired.
Remove the fries from the oven once golden brown. Sprinkle it with a little extra flaky sea salt.
Serve hot on a platter with the dipping sauce.
