Ingredients
There is nothing better than a home made burger. So easy, so good, made better with Gladstone Sauce ultimate burger sauce. Spice it up as much as you like with our The Original Gladstone hot sauce.
Directions
For the sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well and taste for seasoning. Add extra hot sauce if desired.
- Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Note: This sauce will keep for up to 5 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
For the Burgers
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Gladstone Original hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Use hands to mix, and do not over work the meat.
- Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 3/4 - 1 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the centre of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until they reach your desired level of doneness. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover the grill to melt the cheese.
- Once your burgers are ready, start stacking them up with all your favourite toppings and, of course, an extra amount of our burger sauce.
