A simple, impressive breakfast that’s basically show-off food with zero fuss. Finish with a generous drizzle of Gladstone and call it breakfast glory.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Sauté onion in oil over medium-low until soft (6–8 min). Add garlic 1–2 min.

  3. Turn heat up a touch, add kale + stock, cover and cook 3–4 min until just tender.

  4. Make wells in the greens, crack in the eggs, season, and scatter feta.

  5. Bake 6–7 minutes until whites set and yolks are runny. Finish with parsley, toast, and a drizzle of Gladstone Hot Sauce.
